We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

The Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.

What you'll do:

· Track all expenditures of the department and maintain a record of all work accomplished.
· Assist in coordination of community events.
· Supervise and train all Plant Operations employees.
· Work as part of the management team.
· Responsible for department budget.
· Coordinate service from outside vendors for mechanical systems.
· Maintain fire inspection records and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.

 What you'll bring:

· Previous experience in custodial/maintenance areas.
· Previous management experience.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Boiler license preferred.
