Ondaro is seeking a high-performing Practice Strategy Lead – AI strategy expert in AI-driven workflows, automation, and enterprise service transformation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and owns the strategic go-to-market direction for the ServiceNow AI practice at Ondaro.
What you'll be doing:
Practice Strategy, Planning, and Market Leadership
• Own the strategic direction and go-to-market execution for Ondaro's ServiceNow AI practice
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, generative AI, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and enterprise service management use cases
• Define, evolve, and refine ServiceNow AI offerings, ensuring alignment to client outcomes, market demand, and Ondaro's strategy-first approach
• Provide industry insight on AI adoption, enterprise workflow transformation, and ServiceNow platform best practices
• Continuously assess the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation, growth, and innovation in AI-driven service management and automation
• Evaluate the viability, scalability, and positioning of ServiceNow AI offerings, including value realization, adoption strategy, and integration across enterprise platforms
• Act as Ondaro's ServiceNow AI thought leader in executive briefings, marketing initiatives, and industry events
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with ServiceNow and key ecosystem partners
Go-to-Market, Presales, and Sales Enablement
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to translate ServiceNow AI strategy into clear, repeatable GTM motions
• Support presales activities including solution shaping, demos, proposals, estimates, and statements of work
• Equip sales teams with clear messaging, positioning, use cases, and proof points to confidently sell ServiceNow AI solutions
• Guide marketing strategy and execution for ServiceNow AI, ensuring consistent, outcome-oriented messaging
• Develop and maintain standardized assets including pitch decks, demo narratives, ROI frameworks, and solution templates
• Participate in client transition briefings to ensure alignment from sales through delivery
Client, Partner, and Practice Enablement
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key clients as a strategic advisor on ServiceNow AI adoption and enterprise workflow transformation
• Support client initiatives focused on improving service experiences, increasing automation coverage, and driving AI adoption across IT, HR, Customer Service, and other enterprise functions
• Identify opportunities to enhance ServiceNow AI offerings through new use cases, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Create and curate enablement materials to support internal teams in understanding and delivering ServiceNow AI solutions
• Collaborate with Delivery and Portfolio leadership to ensure offerings are scalable, repeatable, and clearly understood
Authority and Accountability
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the ServiceNow AI practice in partnership with Delivery and Practice leadership
• Influence practice performance through strategy, enablement, and clear positioning rather than direct delivery ownership
• Contribute to practice-level success metrics, including:
• Revenue growth and pipeline development
• Offering adoption and scalability
• Sales enablement effectiveness
• Client satisfaction and retention
• Identify gaps and opportunities across:
• Offering clarity and differentiation
• Sales readiness and messaging
• Market alignment and positioning
What you'll bring to our table:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow platform experience required, including exposure to AI capabilities such as Now Assist or Intelligent Automation
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or AI-related credentials) strongly preferred
• AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS certifications a plus
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI, or automation solutions
• 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or program leadership
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or enterprise workflow platforms strongly preferred

Note: Base salary range is $ 175,000 - $225,000 base plus bonus/commission. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
