IT Project Administrator

Managing the JHHS/JHU enterprise Change Control process, the full-time IT Project Administrator will oversee change management operations, ensure effective communication of IT changes, and serve as a liaison between technical teams and operational stakeholders in a 100% remote environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the enterprise Change Control process within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance and accuracy Produce and distribute daily communications regarding impactful changes to relevant audiences Conduct daily validation of change status updates and manage change lifecycle exceptions Required Qualifications BS/BA in an IT-related field Four to six years of related experience, with additional education potentially substituting for experience Strong understanding of enterprise IT change management and governance Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams Ability to coordinate across multiple technical and non-technical teams
