Sales Account Manager – Commercial Services
Virginia Beach, VA & Surrounding Markets
Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours
$40,000 Base Salary + 5% Uncapped Commission
Expected Earnings: $77,500+ Fully Ramped
If you've worked as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hotel Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, or Facilities Leader, you may already have the skills needed to succeed in this role.
We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused professional to develop new commercial accounts and grow long-term client relationships throughout Hampton Roads.
Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We value authenticity, work ethic, and the ability to build trust more than a polished sales pitch.

You'll focus heavily on building relationships with:
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- Hospitality Groups
- Commercial Kitchens
- Property Managers
- Commercial Facilities
- Visit local businesses and introduce our services
- Build relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for recurring service contracts
- Network within the local business community
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Become a trusted resource for clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Follow up consistently
- Grow existing accounts through additional services
- Conduct facility walkthroughs
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Maintain CRM records
- Work closely with operations to ensure excellent customer service

$40,000 Base Salary
5% Uncapped Commission
Revenue Goal: Approximately $750,000 annually when fully ramped
Expected Earnings: Approximately $77,500+ annually with additional upside
