Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience. Requirements Proven experience in a customer experience or similar role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Proficiency in using customer service software and standard office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured office environment.
