Responsibilities for this Position Position Title: Program Finance Staff Specialist Location: Sterling Heights, MI, United States Category: Accounting/Finance Job Type: Full-Time Country: United States State: MI City: Sterling Heights Remote Work Options: On-Site Security Clearance Required: None Career Level: Mid-Career Requisition ID: 17823665 Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Customer Support Organization programs to include the following: Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis and cost impacts Prepare monthly forecasts of orders, sales, earnings, and cash Consolidate and report financial information Support internal and external financial deliverables Develop Estimates at Completion with identification of program opportunities and risks Support program team by supplying financial information, analysis, and recommendations Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business is required; Accounting or Finance majors preferred. 10+ years relevant finance experience required. Aptitude to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge in Oracle and Hyperion preferred.
