FT Support Supervisor - Temporary

Job Overview The Tory Burch Foundation Support Supervisor will oversee front‑ and back‑of‑house operations in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. You will lead by example, manage conflict, and support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience. Responsibilities The typical day is atypical. You may act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone operator, and may execute operational policies. You will also pack and unpack shipments, organize the stock room, and ensure product flow supports the smooth running of the store. Lead by example and manage conflict. Qualifications 2 to 4 years experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment; stock‑related experience a plus. Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform the physical demands of the job. Must be at least 18 years of age.
