Position Overview LYNWOOD NURSING & REHABILITATION is a skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town. We are seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house therapy program. Our patients have orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions, and we need an OT who is passionate about delivering the best possible care by creating and implementing effective programs. PRN schedules are available. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation facilities with in‑house therapy teams.
