Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 5x8.0

The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring functional treatment programs are designed to facilitate effective returns to community activities. The therapist also serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers, and themselves, adhering to the organization's Mission Statement and Core Values.

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Document all medical records in a clear and timely manner.
• Participate in student program as assigned.
• Create and pursue an individualized professional development plan.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Understand and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.
