Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Brandon, 33511 – Hybrid
Training onsite is required, then fully remote

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job description:

1. Coordinate property maintenance services by dispatching vendors and managing work from assignment through completion.
2. Communicate with vendors regarding job requirements, timelines, quality standards, pricing, and bid negotiations.
3. Respond to client, broker, and agent inquiries regarding services, billing, project timelines, and job status.
4. Review photographs of active and completed work to verify quality, completion, and compliance with client requirements.
5. Track multiple service requests using internal systems and Microsoft Office, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining consistent follow-up with clients and vendors.

Requirements:

• (1) year of office experience required
• Employer will perform computer proficiency testing
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
