Key duties:

• Drive and operate flatbed tractors; follow company dispatch and HOS rules.
• Perform detailed equipment inspections and log maintenance items.
• Secure and tarp loads to industry specs; manage load manifests and bills of lading.
• Keep accurate electronic logs and communicate status with operations.

Compensation & Ownership Track: Earn 80% of gross with weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own in one year; run 2019–2020 Freightliner, Peterbilt or Kenworth. Benefits include pet/rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive.
