Salary: $83,000-$90,000/year, based on experience

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A physician-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join their Coldwater team. The PT will perform initial evaluations, provide hands-on outpatient care, and work closely with Physical Therapy Assistants and orthopedic providers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who values patient-centered care, collaboration, and direct communication with orthopedic providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform initial physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient rehabilitation for orthopedic and post-operative patients
• Treat patients following total joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, and knee/shoulder arthroscopies
• Provide care for patients with low back pain, weakness, and other musculoskeletal conditions
• Work collaboratively with Physical Therapy Assistants to provide ongoing patient care
• Communicate directly with orthopedic providers regarding patient progress and post-operative concerns
• Coordinate rehabilitation plans with referring physicians and healthcare providers
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Thursday: Clinic hours 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Friday: Clinic hours 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Actual PT schedule will be determined with the clinic owner based on clinical coverage and full-time status

QUALIFICATIONS
• Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
