Job Summary We are seeking a Machinist / Aerospace candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Valencia, CA. This is an excellent foot‑in‑the‑door role with a growing aerospace manufacturing environment that produces high‑precision components to strict quality standards. This opportunity is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long‑term career in machining, CNC operations, and aerospace manufacturing. Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply, and training is available for motivated individuals who have hands‑on mechanical experience, such as high school shop, automotive work, or personal mechanical projects. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components according to engineering specifications. Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations to ensure parts meet quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation. Inspect machined parts for accuracy, dimensions, finish, and overall quality. Set up and maintain machines, tools, and work areas to support safe and efficient production. Follow aerospace manufacturing procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $21 to $23 per hour. Job type: Temp‑to‑hire. Excellent benefits available.
