Job Overview:
The Printing Press Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses to produce high-quality printed products. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, productivity, and equipment performance.
Available Shifts and Pay Rates:
3rd Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Pay: $26.00-$30.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses.
- Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform roller changes and routine press maintenance.
- Accurately log production data and complete required documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), or Man Roland printing presses required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of press operation and setup.
- General roller maintenance knowledge.
- Good color recognition and matching ability.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
- Basic computer skills.
