Dialysis LPN: Patient Care & Growth Opportunities

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our dialysis team in New York. You will provide direct patient care, perform dialysis procedures, monitor parameters, and document care in the patient record. You will educate patients and families about ESRD and medications, and participate in emergency procedures.

The role requires NY licensure (LPN/LVN) and CPR certification, plus willingness to cover area facilities as needed. Travel within the region may be required.
