Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and formulate individualized therapy approaches to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven strategies aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, cognitive skills, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a well-rounded care experience.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy methods to foster progress and independence at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes while adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal patient journeys.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certificates are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
