Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree4+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting environments4+ years of PLM implementation experience in WindchillConfiguration and solution architecture design experience in WindchillExperience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities4+ years of experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and business case developmentAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:4+ years of experience supporting supply chain transformation, operating model design, or large-scale business transformation programsExperience with enterprise resource planning, supply chain planning, or analytics platformsExperience with data analysis, dashboarding, or performance metric developmentExperience working across strategy, implementation, and operations engagementsMaster of Business AdministrationExperience in one or more of the following industries: consumer, industrial products, retail, or life sciencesThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
