We offer weekly pay + benefits.Pay & Schedule: 1st Shift: $18.00/hour | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available | At $18/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $990 gross.Position OverviewFieldBridge is seeking assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Bartlesville, OK, supporting the build of pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, and downhole monitoring tools. This is a hands-on production role ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, whether entry-level or experienced.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, downhole monitoring tools (DMT), pressure sensitive instruments (PSI), and related equipmentClean, oil, or sub-assemble components at the appropriate assembly stationAssemble new equipment to blueprint specificationsLoad assembled units and transport equipment to test or lockplate/paint shop areasOperate hand tools, Parmalee wrenches, and torquing equipmentRequired QualificationsAbility to work a 10-hour shift schedule, Monday–FridayMechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/specificationsComfortable using hand tools and torquing equipmentAbility to complete required NEST training (Kellyville + onsite)Reliable attendance and ability to work in a shop/manufacturing environmentVEVRAA Federal Contractor.
