Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our outpatient treatment center, you will have a varied and impactful role, which includes:

  • Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage young adults to connect, share, and learn from each other's experiences.

  • Providing individual therapy through empathetic and personalized counseling, enabling clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, formulate coping strategies, and create actionable plans.

  • Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs and preferences.

  • Monitoring and assessing clients' progress using various feedback tools, helping adjust strategies as needed to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations, and ensuring seamless communication to optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily focus on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often navigates complex mental health challenges, and your role will be pivotal in guiding them toward recovery and improved emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

  • A strong foundation in therapeutic practices, including evidenced-based techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes ongoing education support, free clinical supervision, and resources for obtaining continuing education credits (CEUs) to foster your professional development.
