Brand Manager

Serves as the internal brand liaison and authority for Planet’s newly launched visual identity, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure consistency and alignment with standards. Develops and implements comprehensive marketing programs that support business objectives and increase brand value. Develops and executes a content and social strategy for the master brand; ensures synchronicity across products and channels. Collaborates internally to identify gaps, provides support, and develops tools and templates to meet ongoing business development, sales, and marketing needs. Monitors industry news and identifies trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors that inform marketing strategies. Collaborates with Marketing Analyst to measure campaign performance, brand equity and provides regular reporting and insights for optimization. Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of brand management, marketing, or related experience, with demonstrated ownership of brand strategy and creative output Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, or real estate industries strongly preferred Proven track record managing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels with measurable results Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills Outstanding communication and presentation skills Must be detail oriented, extremely organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive in monitoring work and resolving issues Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in brand management and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs that enhance brand value.
