Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in UI automation with a strong focus on UFT (Unified Functional Testing) in enterprise environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in UFT features including Object Repository, Actions, Checkpoints, and Descriptive Programming.
- Strong hands-on experience with VBScript for test script development.
- Experience designing and maintaining data-driven, modular, or keyword-driven test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Excel object models and OƯice automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of SQL for test data prep and validation.
- Experience using Agentic AI tools to support coding and automation tasks.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization ability.
- Clear and eƯective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small automation teams is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with Python or migration from legacy tools to modern scripting languages.
