Assistant Manager - Operations

Job Description Work closely with client leadership over regular process updates, review and scoping new engagements. Initiate and drive training programs for team and new recruits as per process requirements. Lead and coach the team. Define a growth plan for the team. Identify pain areas within the process and develop action plans for smooth functioning. Manage operational activities through project management. Drive 100% SLA on client deliverables throughout teams. Support continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Contribute to handling multiple ad‑hoc report requests and regular recurring reports. Demonstrate analytical skills with attention to detail, analyzing and authoring functional and technical specifications. Handle client operational issues independently while keeping key stakeholders informed. Apply continuous improvement to production processes. Coordinate with various stakeholders for client interaction. Participate in fixed US shifts. Qualifications Any graduate degree. Overall experience of 6 to 7 years in Operations with 2 to 3 years of team management and client handling within the US Healthcare domain (payer or provider side).
