• Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, Epic EMR experience required

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy ICU setting, including ICU, CIVCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU.
• Float to various ICU units as needed, adapting quickly to different patient populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through adherence to protocols and standards.
• Support family education and communication about patient status.

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• 2+ years of ICU experience, including Epic EMR proficiency
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CPI and CCRN preferred
• Ability to float across multiple ICU units and work night shifts
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and team-focused attitude
