As an Activities Director at Elk Run Assisted Living , you will manage a small team of activities professionals, plan and conduct fun and exciting activities for our residents. Position Type: Full‑Time, benefits eligible position Wage Range: $23.00 - $27.00 / hour depending on experience Location: 31383 Frost Way, Evergreen, Colorado 80439 Activities Director Responsibilities: Manage a small team of activities professionals. Ensure meaningful activities are scheduled and executed seven days a week. Encourage, support, and assist residents with activities. Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Activities Director Qualifications: 1+ year of experience working in a senior living or recreation therapy setting required. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Artistic and musical skills are a plus. Desire to work with the older adults in an assisted living setting. Strong interpersonal and social skills are vital. Good customer service instincts will be important in interacting with family members and visitors. Engaging, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and overflowing with creativity to share in planning new activities.
