High-Earning Field Sales Opportunity | San Jose, CA & Surrounding Areas


$150,000 – $325,000+ Annual | Full-Time

We’re especially interested in candidates with direct experience at top solar organizations, including SunRun, SunNova, Infinity Energy, Freedom Forever, SunPower or similar high-volume solar sales environments. We are specifically focused on candidates who are ready to lead a local team.

What You’ll Do:

• Team Player willing to mentor other new consultants in closing early deals and learning the solar sales environments process.
  
• Prospect and close high-quality solar deals through field sales, warm leads, and digital channels.
  
• Conduct professional energy audits and deliver compelling presentations focused on ROI, incentives, and long-term savings.
  
• Maintain elite client relationships and contribute to team strategy in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
