About This Role The RN Case Manager at Mass General Brigham is responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient- and family-centered care. Deliver patient- and family-centered care. Utilize governing and administrative resources effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical experts. Ensure quality and cost-effective patient care. Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Nursing preferred. Experience: 2 years nursing case management experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Licensed as an RN in the state of Massachusetts required. BLS certification required.
