Stumpfs Gymnastic Center, located in Buffalo, NY, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. Whether you're an experienced coach or just starting your journey, we provide the support and training you need to succeed. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and coaching gymnastics to individuals and groups of diverse age ranges and skill levels.
• Designing and implementing lesson plans that align with students' abilities and goals.
• Ensuring safety by monitoring proper techniques and spotting when necessary.
• Building strong relationships with students and their families through excellent communication and customer service.
• Maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere in all classes.
• Assisting with events, programs, or competitions hosted by the gym.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Knowledge and experience in gymnastics and physical education practices.
• Proficiency in teaching and coaching techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to engage with students of all ages and skill levels.
• CPR and first aid certification (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in a similar role (advantageous but not mandatory).
• A willingness to learn and grow—training will be provided if needed!
