Brand Representative

Motus Marketing is a growing firm in the Albuquerque Metro area. We partner with well-known brands to connect with customers and grow their presence in retail locations. We're looking for a driven and outgoing Brand Representative to join our team. This is an on-site position where you'll gain hands‑on experience in sales, customer engagement, and professional development. Key Responsibilities Represent our partner brands at promotional events within retail locations Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services Attend client product training sessions and communicate key product information clearly Generate new customer accounts and work toward individual and team sales goals Build positive customer relationships while consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets Qualifications Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or retail Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable communicating with customers face‑to‑face Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Dependable, adaptable, and receptive to coaching What We Offer Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission and bonus potential Paid, hands‑on training with one‑on‑one mentorship Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles Business travel and professional networking opportunities Supportive, collaborative work environment We develop our leadership team internally.
