YJA is a sales and business development company that opened a market in the Chicagoland area last year. We have had immense success- even through the global pandemic! Our award winning and trend setting team is excited to deliver results and build relationships with the thriving businesses of Chicago. We are looking for a motivated, energetic individual who is hungry for a career in business, sales, or marketing. The individual we hire will also be someone who is looking for growth and advancement. We just expanded--- but the growth continues!

YJA works with large corporate clients- assisting them in their customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and product and service rollout. We are currently working on a business development sales and services project with NRG for their retail and events business.

Some of the duties learned as a Marketing and Sales Associate:

• Determine service need and demand for customers
• Marketing and sales psychology
• A non-aggressive approach to meeting client's and customer's needs
• Learn to present and educate on services to business customers
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
