What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
• Treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions
• Develop progressive treatment programs focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and function
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term independence
• Build strong relationships with patients while guiding them toward their goals
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve excellent patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or in the final stages of obtaining licensure
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Passion for providing personalized, high-quality patient care
• Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
