SHIFT: SECOND SHIFT WITH HOURS FROM 1:30 PM TO 10 PM REQUIRED BS in Biology, Molecular Biology or similar 2 years of laboratory experience troubleshooting laboratory equipment/instrumentation Knowledge of Electronic Troubleshooting is preferred. Expereince with SOPs Good documentation skills are a must. Job Description The Technician will be responsible for: Unpacking boxes safely and sorting the returned products accordingly by product lines. Investigating returned products to resolve customer complaints regarding their blood glucose meters, strips & sensors. The Technician will document complaint investigations in the Complaint Handling System. The Technician will also use troubleshooting equipment like, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, microscopes, etc. to complete the investigation. Perform routine maintenance on individual quality records and ensure equipment used for testing is within validity. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
