DISTRICT SHIFT LEADER

Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for our next General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive store performance. This position is part of the District Shift Leader development plan that leads to a General Manager role when a position becomes available. Day in the Life District Shift Leaders perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed. They start early, with shifts beginning as early as 3am for baking and opening duties. Leaders coach and train teams, ensure high-quality food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean environment, and handle administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management. Development Plan The plan covers restaurant administrative duties, P&L analysis, achieving food cost and labor targets, scheduling, recruiting, and overall store operations. Candidates will gain skills needed for a future General Manager position.
