Job Description
Title: RN - Inpatient Acute Dialysis

Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Every other weekend
- Rotating holidays
- On-call schedule averages 3-4 days/month and one weekend per month

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:
- Current WI License
- AHA Provider level BLS certification
- AHA Provider level ACLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing techniques, policies, and procedures, as well as state laws.
- Document according to established standards of care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care, including patient and family instruction.
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance in support of the patient's longitudinal plan of care.
