Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure coworkers do also./ppSpecific job functions:/pulliResponsible for ensuring fork truck inspections are timely./liliPick and deliver internal and external orders./liliWarehouse organization./liliInventory movement and tracking./liliOperation of lift truck./liliOperate software./liliAllocation of product./liliPackaging product./liliScheduling freight pickups and deliveries./liliLoad and unload trucks./liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAbility to use company software and programs, ERP and WMS./liliInventory tracking/liliGeneral quality systems./liliLift truck operation./liliVisual inspection./li/ulpLanguage skills:/pulliUnderstand, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions./li/ulpEducation and/or experience: 1-2 years of experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for freight scheduling of product; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities./ppMathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages. Ability to convert fractions in increments of 1/16 and convert to decimal number./ppReasoning ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions./ppPhysical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and/or telephone keypad; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
