Med-Take Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while providing essential mental health services within our Detox Center, ensuring high-quality care for individuals facing substance use challenges and mental health disorders.

Work Environment\nThis role is primarily remote, allowing you to create a balanced and flexible work environment. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other mental health professionals. Regular virtual meetings and discussions will facilitate teamwork and ensure integrated care for our patients. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for patients entering the Detox Center, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify underlying issues and challenges. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their specific needs and cultural backgrounds. This may involve setting actionable goals and selecting appropriate therapeutic interventions. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions. \n
- Offer immediate crisis intervention services, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and ensure patients receive comprehensive support during acute distress. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation that includes progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards for confidentiality and quality. \n
- Deliver psychoeducation sessions aimed at equipping patients and their families with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively. \n
- Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make informed adjustments as needed for optimal patient care. \n
- Stay abreast of current research trends, best practices in mental health treatment, and integrate this knowledge into your therapeutic approach. \n
- Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality and establish a trustworthy therapeutic relationship. \n
The primary focus of this position involves working with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with a diverse patient population, often requiring tailored therapeutic approaches that consider cultural sensitivities. Your work will directly contribute to the recovery and wellness of these individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of addiction and mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from varied cultural backgrounds. \n

- Experience working with patients in a detox or substance use treatment setting is highly desirable. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and an understanding of trauma-informed care principles. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other medical documentation systems. \n
The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation may be adjusted based on an applicant’s geographic location, previous experience, educational background, and other skillset features.
