Flexographic Press Operator – 2nd Shift A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to support 2nd shift production operations. This role is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining flexographic printing equipment while ensuring high-quality output, safety, and efficiency. Shift: 2pm-12:30am, Monday-Thursday Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA Pay Rate: $25 - $34 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Industry: Medical Flexographic Printing Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with retirement savings options Paid Vacation 5 Personal Days 9 Paid Holidays Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Job Details Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust flexographic printing presses (MA E5 or comparable equipment) Ensure press performance meets production, quality, and safety standards Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting Monitor and manage press‑related materials and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with team members to support overall production goals Assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required 3–5 years of hands‑on experience operating flexographic printing presses Experience with MA E5 presses strongly preferred Skills & Qualifications Solid understanding of flexographic printing processes, ink systems, and color matching Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem‑solving skills Working knowledge of press maintenance and safety procedures Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused Equal Opportunity Employment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
