Roofing Service Field Supervisor (Commercial/Industrial Roofing) CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, offers a Service Field Supervisor position in the NJ/NY (5 Boroughs) office. Job Duties Supervise multiple service crews Responsible for pre-job & post-job inspections Plan jobs for labor crews Maintain a safe job site Daily communications with the customer Plan and execute successful projects Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects Qualifications Good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety Excellent communication/writing skills Computer skills and ability to set up and manage multiple jobs Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skills Excellent follow‑up skills 5 years roofing/construction sales experience required 3 years customer service experience required Valid state driver's license in good standing Experience with EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO and/or SHINGLES Premier Benefits 2 Health Insurance Plans: Free “Core Plan” – Free Medical & Dental “Buy Up Plan” – Features a lower deductible for Medical Vision Plan Free Life Insurance 401K with Company Match Paid Holidays and Vacation Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) CentiMark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities.
