What You'll Do
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders
- Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, wound care, and assistive device use
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide counseling to patients and families regarding treatment plans
- Support and supervise physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and compliance activities
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow regulatory and clinical practice standards
