Job Opportunity: General Surgeon or Surgical Oncologist

Our organization, a flourishing non-profit multi-specialty group consisting of 95 physicians along the beautiful coast of California in Monterey, is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon or Surgical Oncologist. We are particularly interested in candidates with a robust passion for Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) and Foregut surgery.

• Base Salary: Ranges from $513,000 to $562,000, plus wRVU production incentives.
• Specialization: Candidates should have a strong focus on HPB and foregut oncology cases.
• Call Schedule: 5 to 6 days of call each month.
• Robotic Surgery: Robotic assistance is available.
• Onboarding Package: A substantial package is offered at signing, which may include housing assistance, relocation support, or loan repayment options for eligible applicants.
