BG Staffing is seeking a motivated Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in Portland, ME . We’re looking for a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude who can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance
• Experience with:
  • Light plumbing repairs
  • Light electrical work
  • Painting and touch-ups
  • General cleaning and unit preparation
• Ability to complete work orders efficiently and professionally

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies) including painting and cleaning
• Address service requests in a timely manner
• Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
