To support a growing legal team, the full-time Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic guidance on employment, privacy, and security legal matters while working remotely to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Lead legal matters related to employment, privacy, and security, transforming complex regulations into actionable advice Partner with internal stakeholders, including human resources and IT, to ensure compliance with legal standards Build foundational processes in a fast-paced environment to support the organization's mission in mental healthcare Required qualifications 7+ years of progressive legal experience as a practicing attorney 5+ years of employment law experience providing strategic guidance on various employment law matters 5+ years of healthcare privacy and security law experience, including HIPAA and state consumer privacy laws Strong writing, analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills for practical guidance in a fast-paced environment Experience with state AI laws in the employment and privacy context
