Job Summary The Closing Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of the real estate closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions. This role acts as a central point of contact for all parties involved, facilitating a smooth and positive experience. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and track all closing activities from contract execution to post-closing follow-up. Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to ensure all necessary documentation and information are exchanged promptly. Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and other closing documents for accuracy and completeness. Schedule and confirm closing appointments, ensuring all parties are aware of the time, date, and location. Facilitate the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process. Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical files for all transactions. Adhere to all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Job Qualifications Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures, terminology, and legal documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate specific software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
