We’re Hiring: CDL Driver Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our transportation company and help us recruit qualified CDL drivers.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in transportation, logistics, and driver recruitment. You should understand how trucking operations work, including driver scheduling, routes, dispatch, and day-to-day logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit and hire qualified CDL drivers

* Find drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources

* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

* Communicate with drivers throughout the hiring and onboarding process

* Coordinate with operations and dispatch regarding driver needs and scheduling

* Maintain a strong pipeline of potential drivers

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers is highly preferred

* Good knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry

* Understanding of logistics, dispatch, and driver scheduling

* Strong communication and people skills

* Ability to build relationships with drivers

* Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
