Experience: Prior radiologic technology experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $38.00 - $45.00

What You'll Do

• Perform mobile X-ray exams at various healthcare and care facilities, including nursing homes, hospitals, and other settings.
• Use portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to capture high-quality, diagnostic images.
• Unload, set up, and maintain portable X-ray equipment and ensure proper sanitation and safety standards.
• Transmit images to radiologists for interpretation promptly.
• Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit results to cardiologists.
• Manage exam documentation and billing paperwork daily.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, peers, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot X-ray equipment and vehicle to ensure operational readiness.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Maryland State Radiologic Technologist License
  • Proven experience in portable X-ray and EKG procedures preferred
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs with or without assistance
• Preferred:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile setting
