Available Positions

1. Internet Sales Associate

Focus on internet-generated leads digital inquiries phone calls and appointment setting to help customers move through the vehicle-buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming internet leads phone inquiries and online vehicle requests.
  
• Contact prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs.
  
• Schedule appointments and follow up consistently with potential buyers.
  
• Build rapport and establish trust through phone email text and other approved communication channels.
  
• Convert internet leads into dealership visits test drives and vehicle sales.
  
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
  
• Work with the sales team to deliver a smooth professional customer experience.
  
• Meet and exceed individual appointment conversion and sales goals.
  

2. Retail Sales Associate

Work directly with showroom customers conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide buyers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
  
• Present new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles and explain features and benefits.
  
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  
• Present pricing and available financing options.
  
• Negotiate professionally overcome objections and close vehicle sales.
  
• Follow up with customers appointments and previous buyers.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM.
  
• Develop repeat and referral business.
  
• Stay informed about Toyota products inventory incentives and competitor offerings.
  
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
  

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience REQUIRED
  
• Previous internet sales BDC digital lead management or retail showroom sales experience preferred depending on the position.
  
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close deals.
  
• Strong communication negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and following up with customers.
  
• Self-motivated professional and customer-focused.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume dealership.
  
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
