Construction Manager, Quick Serve Restaurants Sevan Multi‑Site Solutions, a veteran‑owned business, is looking for a Construction Manager, Quick Serve Restaurants to manage multi‑site program delivery for fast‑food and quick‑serve restaurant clients. Overview This position is remote with 40‑60% travel to project locations across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas. Multi‑shift work may be required to meet aggressive on‑site schedules. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Directs and coordinates the activities of field and vendor project team to ensure construction project progresses on schedule and within budget. Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy. Reviews bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, and other project information necessary to gain complete familiarity with the project. Confirms and verifies permitting requirements related to the project or program. Directly manages and monitors project work in the field. Diligently manages change orders to projects. Prepares and provides weekly status reports for projects. Proactively communicates project related issues directly with internal Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director. Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Proactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality. Represents Sevan and may lead in client update meetings. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or 5‑10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated skills in commercial multi‑site program management. Experience in multi‑site, roll‑out projects, highly preferred. Resides locally in SE Kansas or Tulsa, OK area. Ability to travel on an as needed basis (40‑60%) regionally across Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Arkansas. 5+ years experience building and/or managing programs for restaurant, fast food, quick serve commercial projects. Proficient with construction technologies such as Procore, Smartsheet, Builder Trend, and others. Why Join Sevan? Pay & Benefits The anticipated compensation range for the position is $115,000‑$125,000, based on a full‑time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate with individual education, qualifications, and experience.
