Your Impact/pulliOversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-functioning and organized environment./liliLiaise with key stakeholders to create a positive workplace experience and make the office a destination./liliSupport and coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events./liliMonitor office operations, support ticket queue, and resolve questions with comprehensive answers./liliEnsure a smooth experience for guests and visitors./liliAdhere to the operating budget for the office support model and day-to-day operations./liliMaintain office supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations./liliEnsure best practices for physical security, health, and safety./liliCoordinate with the IT team in support of new hires, telecom, and videoconferencing, as needed./liliServe as primary liaison for property management services provided by the landlord./liliManage the facilities and space planning of the office./liliLead Workplace change management within the office./li/ulpYour Qualifications/pulliProven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners./liliDemonstrated experience in improving administrative and operational processes./liliExperience using Brivo or an alternative access control system./liliExperience using Microsoft Suite, including Office 365/liliExperience using Service Now, or another ticketing system./liliExperience working in a hospitality, real estate, property management, or related environment is a plus./li/ulpBase Salary Range:/pp$57,000 - $76,000 USD/ppOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)/ppWe believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
