Staff Nurse (LPN) Sign On Bonus

Staff Nurse (LPN) - Dickson, Tennessee At Dickson Health and Rehab, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in long-term care and creating a supportive work environment for our staff. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents and support the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to RN or physician Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy (if certified), and daily treatments Assist in developing and updating care plans Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state regulations Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies Qualifications: Active LPN license in the state of Tennessee Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Shift: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available Day, Evening, and Night shifts available Weekend and holiday rotation may be required Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay ($28 - $30 HOURLY) based on experience 1,500 Sign On Bonus over 12 month period!
