Manufacturing Quality Manager

Job Description Manufacturing Quality Manager Hatfield, PA Area — $110K–$130K + Benefits A well-established industrial manufacturing organization in the Hatfield area is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead quality operations, quality systems, supplier quality, and continuous improvement for a highly engineered product environment. This is an onsite leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the floor, working cross-functionally with operations and engineering, and building a strong culture of accountability and quality. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day quality leadership across manufacturing operations Maintain ISO 9001 quality system compliance and audit readiness Lead supplier quality reviews, supplier corrective actions, and supplier issue resolution Support inspection, testing, nonconformance, MRB, and customer complaint activity Drive root cause analysis, defect reduction, scrap reduction, and rework reduction Partner with engineering and operations on process improvements and quality standards Provide training, coaching, and leadership to quality team members Communicate quality performance, risks, and corrective action progress to leadership Requirements Manufacturing quality leadership experience 2+ years 7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing Strong QMS, ISO 9001, audit, and corrective action background Experience with machined components, assembly, dimensional inspection, or engineered products Knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, CAPA, 8D, SPC, and root cause tools Supplier quality and customer quality experience preferred MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
