Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role is based in Chandler, AZ. The Insurance Agent will consult with prospective and existing clients to assess their coverage needs, explain insurance products clearly, and recommend personalized solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes from multiple insurance carriers, and completing applications and policy documentation with accuracy. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, handling policy changes and renewals, and supporting customers with claims-related questions. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams, adhere to compliance requirements, and meet sales and service performance goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to present and close suitable coverage options. Strong knowledge of Insurance products and Finance principles to guide clients in making informed decisions. Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and clear communication. State insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a designated timeframe). Previous experience in personal lines or commercial insurance is preferred. Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and carrier quoting platforms. Ability to work on-site in Chandler, AZ and collaborate effectively with teammates.
